Access data

When you visit our website, personal data is processed in order to be able to display the content of the website on your device. The IP address of your device must be processed to enable webpages to be displayed in your browser. To this is added further information coming to your terminal via your browser.

According to data protection law, we are obliged to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed by our IT systems. For this purpose, the following data is recorded on the basis of a balance of interests.

- IP address of the connecting computer

- Operating system of the connecting computer

- Browser version of the connecting computer

- Name of the requested file

- Date and time of the request

- Volume of data transferred 

- Referring URL

The IP addresses of all systems used in connection with the operation of the website are deleted after 60 days at the latest. Thereafter, it will not be possible to derive any personal details from the remaining data. The data is also used to identify and fix errors on the website.

Contact form

We provide a contact form on our website which enables you to request information regarding our products or services, or to just get in touch. We only collect the data we need to answer your request. We require this information in order to be able to handle your request, to address you correctly, and to provide you with a response. If you make a specific enquiry, we will process your data in order to either initiate a contract or to fulfil it. For general requests, data processing occurs on the basis of a balance of interests.

Requests made through the contact form on our website are processed electronically by us in order to answer your request. Other persons, sections of the company or, where applicable, third parties may receive the content of the forms. Data from the forms that is shared over the Internet is encrypted.

Newsletter

You can also subscribe to an email newsletter through our website. Alongside the voluntary information provided on the respective form, we only process your email address. Indeed, this is essential in order to be able to send you the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us. Alternatively, there is a link to unsubscribe in every email newsletter. In order to be able to assess the popularity of our email communication and to be able to optimize this, we record when the emails were opened and the links clicked on. This analysis is based on a balance of interests. You can object to this data processing by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

Cookies are used on our website. Cookies are small files of text information which are stored on your device through the browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain features of our website. To do this we use session cookies, which are immediately deleted from your browser at the end of your visit to the website. Our website uses the web analysis tool “Matomo”, from InnoCraft Ltd. (150 Willis St., 6011 Wellington, New Zealand). The aim of its use is the “needs-based” design of this website, which is carried out on the basis of a balance of interests. In addition, the web analysis enables us to recognize and fix errors on the website, e.g. missing links. Matomo uses cookies. These are files of text which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of the use of the website based on your activity. The information generated through the cookie on the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not used to connect personal data with the bearer of the pseudonym. If you do not accept the saving and analysis of this data from your visit, you can object by subsequently clicking on the option to refuse this every time. In this case, an opt-out cookie is filed in your browser which prevents Matomo from collecting any session data. Purpose of the processing of personal data

We process the aforementioned data in order to run our website and to fulfil our contractual obligations towards our customers, e.g. the protection of our legitimate interests. Your rights as the affected person
